About Christine:

Christine was born and raised in upstate NY and moved to Maryland to finish college and ended up staying, getting married and having children. Although she attended one year of art school, her background is IT management and worked with legislators in Annapolis at the General Assembly. Her husband was the attorney for the then owner of Alpha Graphics and she wanted to retire but didn’t want to let go of her long time employees of over 25 years so with his suggestion to her was to put in an offer to buy the business 12 years ago and she accepted. Christine learned the “Alpha way” from the employees and now teaches that way to her current employees. She employs mostly artists from the renown and local Maryland Institute College of Art as it takes a special person with artistic and color skills to create and fabricate her custom work.  She has 7 employees, including herself and will be expanding in the next month or so to include some part time employees for production. Her company is located in the historic Woodberry area of Baltimore, Maryland. Christine is also the founder of Bmore Cake & Whiskey, a women only networking event she and her partner, Stephanie Bradshaw put on every quarter.
